Love is the answer to the question everyone is asking
Anything other than love is not love, and not love is not an option. Not now. We need to love each other more than ever. Love is power, love is life, love is magic, love is resonance, love is everything. Love is you, it is me, it is we. The mix mixing ourselves into the moments we create. Change starts with our vision, and if it is ugly, it is literally shouting for love! That is our world now — reflecting love me, love me, love me from every filament. Our inner light is the turning point.
We are the light in the darkness, the solstice of ourselves.
In honor of the season, here is “Moon Tribe” a winter solstice poem I wrote in 2010, the last time a full moon coincided with the winter solstice. It was also a lunar eclipse. A group of us gathered at Bowling Ball beach, and this poem was my reflection of the bonfire reflections rippled forth on that long night of friends and drums and song and a cold cold naked plunge in the silver sea.
Interestingly, the next time we will experience a full moon on the winter solstice is projected to be Friday, Dec 21, 2029. It will be here before we can say summer!
